To reduce the anthropogenic impact on the environment at all project facilities, the company works to reduce the volume of solid waste, its separate collection, proper storage, as well as to prevent leaks of polluted wastewater.

To mitigate the environmental impact of drilling operations, the company uses pitless drilling with additional coagulation and flocculation units that separate waste drilling fluids into clarified process water and cuttings, a five-stage vertical centrifuge cleaning system using a hydrocarbon-based drilling mud dryer and other environmentally friendly technologies.

In addition to high-quality performance and implementation of numerous projects, ERIELL Group is actively involved in charitable activities. In 2020, the group provided financial assistance to families affected by the hurricane in Bukhara region. 61 families received funds to rebuild homes destroyed by the hurricane. In the same year, the group held a charity event at two branches of the Society for Social Mutual Aid to the Disabled in Tashkent, aimed at supporting vulnerable social groups during the pandemic.

The consequences of a dam break of the Sardoba reservoir in Sirdaryo region left dozens of families without a roof over their heads and without necessary belongings. ERIELL Group employees did not stay aside from this man-made disaster and gathered the necessary household items and money.

ERIELL employees in Qarshi also participated in the campaign. At their own expense, they purchased and planted 20 Japanese pagoda tree seedlings on the territory of the Muruvvat boarding school in Qarshi.

In summer 2021, the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with ERIELL Group launched the Super Leo charitable project dedicated to the International Children's Day. This project is aimed at teaching pre-school children the rules of energy saving and respect for nature.

On June 1, 2021, representatives of ERIELL Group and the Ministry of Energy of Uzbekistan visited the National Children’s Medical Centre, where, together with the Yuksalish nationwide movement and the Ezgu Amal voluntary organization, they congratulated young patients of the Oncology Department. ERIELL Group presented the National Children's Medical Centre with a certificate worth 50 million soʻm for the purchase of necessary medicines and decoration of the children's room at the Hemato-Oncology Department.
