ERIELL Group held the final meeting for 9 months
ERIELL Group held a meeting dedicated to the results of the company's activity for 9 months of 2023. The meeting was held in a new format, where the economic indicators of the implemented projects were put in the first place. Production indicators were discussed, strengths and weaknesses of all six expeditions were noted.
Heads and chief engineers of the expeditions received relevant instructions and recommendations from the Company's management aimed at improving their performance. Special emphasis was placed on production indicators: total penetration for 9 months was 192.9 thousand metres. Drilling of 71 wells was completed, commercial rate - 872 m/st. per month. There was noted the growth of volumes on ZBS - the penetration for 9 months made 7468 m, and the number of completed wells by drilling reached 12 units. At the end of the first day we heard a report from the Project Management Department.
On the second day of the meeting the following services presented their reports: drilling fluids, directional drilling, derrick-mounting shop, well fastening service, accident prevention and elimination service and technical director service, as well as heard reports from the Department of Oil and Gas Facilities Construction, Logistics, Development Committee, Production Asset Administration Service.
At the end of the two-day meeting the final speech was made by O.U. Akhmedjanov, V.N. Sidorov, B.M. Khatipov and Z.M. Mustafaev, conclusions of the meeting were announced and promising directions were set, in which a lot of work should be done! Special emphasis was made on the cohesion of the company and creation of a friendly atmosphere among employees.
At the end of the second day, an award ceremony was held. The Karshi expedition was named the best expedition according to the final indicators. The head of the expedition Erkholov A.D. was awarded the cup of the leader of production, as well as a special valuable prize from the executive director of the company. For merits to the company and qualitative fulfilment of their official duties the gratitude was declared to the Head of Fergana Expedition U.R. Sirozhev, Head of SNGO Department R.O. Borazhabov, Head of HSE of Fergana Expedition K.K. Arslonov, engineers of HSE Department R.E. Makhmudov and E.B. Normurodov.
