Drilling of well #30 "Kuyi Surgil" is completed


Specialists of ERIELL Group's Surkhandarya expedition have successfully completed drilling of production well #30 "Kuyi Surgil" with 35% or 51 days ahead of schedule.

This indicator was achieved due to well-coordinated and well-planned work of drilling team No. 36 under the leadership of drilling foremen Khamidov O. and Diyarov I., as well as other specialists and services of the Group of Companies, which ensure uninterrupted work at the wells.

The "Kuyi Surgil" field is being developed within the framework of the project "Programme of Measures to Increase Hydrocarbon Production", implemented by ERIELL Group as a General Contractor since 2017 together with Uzbekneftegaz JSC.

Well No. 242 was connected at "Urtabulak" field


ERIELL Group specialists have successfully completed connection of well No. 242 at "Urtabulak" field, located in Kashkadarya region.

The Group of Companies acts as the General Contractor of the project on "Urtabulak" field development, the customer of which is Mubarek Oil and Gas Production Department.

Well No. 17 was connected at Tegermen field


On the 7th of August ERIELL Group specialists successfully completed connection of well No. 17 of "Tegermen" field in Karakul district of Bukhara region.

The Group of Companies acts as the General Contractor of the project on "Tegermen" field development, the customer is Mubarek Oil and Gas Production Department.

The work was carried out in cooperation with Uzbekneftegaz JSC, within the framework of construction and commissioning of oil and gas facilities under the project "Programme of Measures to Increase Hydrocarbon Production" in the part of "Oil and Gas Infrastructure Development".

Training practice for the students of Gubkin University in Karshi


In ERIELL Group 45 second-year students of Gubkin University, studying in the direction "Drilling of oil and gas wells", underwent a regular training practice. It provided an opportunity for future specialists to acquire practical skills in drilling and safety at production facilities.

The aim of the training practice was to master the skills of a 3rd category assistant driller. The students received theoretical knowledge in the field of drilling safety, industrial safety and environmental protection. After the theoretical training they travelled to ERIELL Oilfield Services Miidle East DMCC production facility where they consolidated their knowledge.

From 4 to 9 July 2023, O. H. Khodjakulov, an experienced teacher - instructor of ERIELL Prof education centre, conducted classes with students in the branch of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas named after I.M. Gubkin.

Upon completion of the theoretical part of the training the students were divided into two groups for practical training at the ERIELL Group facility. From 10 to 14 July and from 17 to 21 July the future specialists of oil and gas industry were in Karshi city accompanied by E. U. Mamajanov, a senior lecturer of the Oil and Gas Drilling Department. Mamadjanov, where they were accommodated at the base of production support "Beshkent" and familiarised themselves with its activities.

It is worth noting that the practical activities took place at the proper level. Each student underwent a medical examination and was provided with personal protective equipment, timely meals and other necessary conditions.

An important part of the training was practical activities at production facilities. Employees of the Occupational Health and Safety Service conducted a briefing, acquainting the students with the rules of behaviour at drilling sites and facilities. The trainees also visited the operating drilling site of the Yangi Karatepa field, where they studied the main units of the drilling rig, technological modes of operation, functional duties of drilling crew members, and living conditions. After returning to the base, a meeting was held with the heads of drilling fluids service and well support services, where the students got answers to all their questions.
