ERIELL Group specialists successfully restored exploratory well No. 2 "Akchalak," which had been drilled in 1980 and subsequently decommissioned after fulfilling its geological purpose.

In April 2023, the ERIELL Group began work on its restoration. With the help of heavy equipment and excavation, the wellhead was excavated from a depth of 15 meters, the wellhead was re-strapped, and new wellhead equipment was installed. With the use of a lifting unit with a lifting capacity of 80 tons, liquidation cement bridges were drilled, and the well's bottom was normalized to a depth of 2792.4 meters.

At a depth of 2720 meters, an impressive industrial gas flow rate of 100 thousand m3/day was successfully obtained through tubing.

Gas inflow at the Karim field
